The Objective
POWER UP the homepage TO CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF WEBFLOW’s rebrand + new designer UI
The team at Webflow needed an immersive, stand-out homepage to support the launch of their rebrand and redesign of the iconic Webflow Designer. We were thrilled to be chosen as their design and delivery partner, we love Webflow. Working closely with the team at Webflow, the task was to deliver a bold new homepage to support their target of 10% increase in conversions: speaking to buyers, strategists, designers and developers at all levels.
The Designer
Our brief was simple — keep the designer at the centre of the experience. We invested time in the early phases to understand in simple terms the most impactful elements of the designer, then selected the 10+ ideas to take forward and develop into visuals. Once we settled on the core ideas we wanted to convey, we brought the designer to life in 3D and developed UI and homepage designs for three fictional sites to interact with. To bring further depth, we created a 3d asset for each homepage design to show the awesome power of Webflow’s designer.
Collaboration
Working closely with the Webflow team, we were able to integrate innovative design, 3D & WebGL concepts with their new brand assets to capture the power of the designer. This was a team effort, and required layers of motion, design and 3D work to be delivered simultaneously, to be integrated and updated as we worked, which is why early and rapid prototyping was so crucial to this delivery.
Our ability to be agile with rapid Proof of Concept delivery allowed us to be innovative with the super tight deadlines of this delivery
